What is this girl really up to wearing such a dress to a party which is in a way, a public place? Or on a second thought she may be lacking in the "boyfriend department" so she decided such a dress to show a little flesh to get some guys attentions.
Sincerely, such a dress will not get you a good man or boyfriend but a guy who only wants to get into your pants. Such a dress is a pull for something else[if you know what i mean].
