It is always interesting, fun and exciting when you are starting a relationship because at the moment it is fresh but the problem or issue is how to do sustain that freshness or how do you make that freshness not vanish from the relationship. I tend to relate relationship to SOCIAL EXCHANGE.  

What do I mean..? I see it as an exchange of resources between two parties in other to achieve an end. In other words, to ensure that your relationship is still fresh and last longer depends on both of you working side-by-side. Therefore, here are some ways to ensure that freshness in the relationship last longer.

5 WAYS TO KEEP THE FRESHNESS IN A RELATIONSHIP

1.Expression of Your Profound Love to your Loved One
 
Never forget to say these three magical words "I LOVE YOU" to your loved one. Say these three magical words every second, minute, hour and every day to show how much he or she means to you. Remember you should really mean it and don't just say it for saying sake. Also, make it a point to compliment her every time. For instance, tell her she looks beautiful in her dress, tell her you love her new hairstyle and so on. This shows you appreciate her.



2.Respect

Showing respect to each other is also another way to ensure your relationship lasts longer and keep that freshness that existed when the relationship started. Showing respect is two-sided not only one side. For instance, it is difficult for certain guys to show respect to their girls but they want ladies rather to show them respect. How do you expect someone to respect you when you don't reciprocate the same thing. If you are in the relationship where there is little or absence of respect...OOOHH..!!!...I am telling it would not last. That freshness you want in the relationship has already evaporated.

3.Communication

What do I mean by communication...? To ensure long lasting relationship, it is necessary that you are in constant talking terms with your beloved one. Make a point to talk to your loved every time because it shows that you care about him or her and you are always thinking about him or her.
Talking spices up the relationship and makes it last because it gives you the opportunity to know your loved one better, know how his or her day went whether it was good or bad, if it was bad then you try to comfort him or her and that way it shows how much you care about them.

4.Spice Up Bedroom Adventures 

To ensure your relationship lasts then it is important to spice up bedroom adventures with something new and outside of the box. At this point, certain people then to be a bit religious, but in actual fact it is necessary in a relationship. What Do I Mean? It is good to spice up your bedroom adventures by trying out or experiment new sexual positions with your loved one. Sticking always to one sexual position tends to kill the vibe in the bedroom. Also, try making love to your loved one not only in the bedroom but different places maybe at home for example in the kitchen, living room etc. or outside the home such as workplace, beach etc. You may think your loved one may not be interested until you try it. The ladies especially are into such things, they love it when you surprise them in such manner. It will increase the love your loved one has for you and ensure a long lasting relationship.

5.Saying Sorry
 
This word "SORRY" is the most difficult at times for people to say in my opinion. Some people find it to be a huge task to say sorry to someone. In other words, they  find it difficult to admit that they wrong or at fault. This usually happens with guys and this because of egoist nature of guys. Apologizing to your loved one when you are at fault is important to ensure that the relationship lasts longer and does not collapse. However, if you are in a relationship and your loved one finds it difficult to admit to his or her fault then your relationship is heading down the drain.
